The British-Estonian Society brings together a wide range of people living in Britain who are interested in Estonia. Some have worked in Estonia, some have ethnic Estonian links, others have been active in cultural exchanges. Some have become members when they returned from a first visit there and found themselves instantly enthusiastic.
BEST has regular meetings at the Estonian Embassy and hopes soon to organise others outside London. Concerts by Estonian musicians or exhibitions by Estonian artists often enable BEST to have a social gathering around these occasions.
Every 6 months, BEST members receive a copy of LENNUK, the highly regarded BEST journal, which in every issue offers a wide range of articles on Estonia not available anywhere else.
