A unique combination of a singer with an unusually wide voice range Anne-Liis Poll, a classically trained piano virtuoso Anto Pett, and guitarist Jaak Sooäär, one of the most well-known jazz musicians in the Baltics.
The freely improvised music of Free Tallinn Trio could be described as contemporary impro chamber opera, but the main influences are contemporary music and modern jazz improvisation.
Free Tallinn Trio was established in 2006 and has so far performed in Austria, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden, Germany (Moers Festival), Finland and Estonia
