15 February  - Autumn Ball, at the Alhambra, Keswick Film Festival

This multiple-award winner on the festival circuit is adapted from a Soviet era novel. It centres on six people in Lasnamäe, a housing estate in the Estonian capital Tallinn. Their solitude is reflected in the ways their stories touch tangentially but never quite meet. With a brooding score and fine cinematography, the movie has put Estonian film on the world map.  Directed by Veiko Õunpuu.
