The JD Chamber Choir will join forces with the esteemed Estonian TV Girls Choir on the final night of their 2008 UK Tour.

The concert will include the world premiere of an exciting new work by Estonian composer Urmas Sisask ‘Veni Creator Spiritus’.
Urmas Sisask, one of internationally most successful choral music composers, has been specially commissioned to mark the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia. Urmas Sisask will participate at the concert.
Estonian pop singer Hannah, previously a member of the Girls' Choir herself will also perform at the concert.
Similar concerts have also taken place in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Iceland. For the concerts, Estonian composers were asked to write special works that will be symbolically given to the five countries. These musical gifts were created with support from the Ministry of Culture and the Foreign Ministry.
