Kaspars Putnins, the acclaimed conductor of the Latvian Radio Choir, makes a welcome return to conduct the BBC Singers. The concert explores music by well-known Baltic composers including Arvo Pärt and Veljo Tormis, as well as the musical and political events of the 1980s.
