Appointment is needed for Consular Section.  For passports please book the appointment over the phone 0207 838 53 88 or online.

Visa appointmens can only be booked over the phone 0207 838 53 88. 

Please note that we have different hours for visiting the embassy and getting consular information by phone!

The Consular section is open to visitors at the following times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 am - 1 pm
Tuesday, Thursday 1 pm - 4 pm

Phonelines for consular information are open:

Monday, Wednesday 2 pm - 5 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 9 am - 12 pm
Friday 2 pm - 4 pm

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BOOKINGS! – If for some reason you are not able to visit the embassy during the time you previously booked, please notify the embassy by phone or e-mail, so the embassy can help others who are waiting.
